3.1 Cancellations and Changes: You may reschedule a session without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made later than this window may be subject to a processing fee.

3.2 Reimbursement: Eligible session fees are subject to a refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. We will issue a reimbursement via the original payment process within 14 days.

3.3 Non-Refundable Services: Certain premium offerings require extensive preparation and are non-refundable once preparation begins. Such services will be clearly labeled before booking.

4. Information Products

Our digital guides and e-courses deliver key insights for Core-clarity thinking. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

4.1 Trial Period: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or streamed the product. To request a refund, contact our team via contact form.

4.2 Post-Access Policy: Once any portion of the material is accessed, all purchases are final due to the nature of digital delivery.

5. Goods

Physical items such as printed workbooks and merchandise are shipped to the address you provide.

5.1 Inspection: Please inspect goods upon receipt. If items are damaged or incorrect, notify us within 5 days to arrange a replacement or reimbursement.

5.2 Standard Send-Back: Unused and unopened goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. We will cover shipping costs for replacements only. Reimbursements are processed within 14 days after we receive the items you send back.

5.3 Items Not Eligible for Send-Back: Customized merchandise and limited-run items cannot be sent back due to their bespoke nature. Such items are marked clearly on the product page.
